Processing time

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delays & lost packages

  • We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes (for international orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
